Le Hai Binh, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, highlighted the contest’s profound purpose at the launch event on May 22: “Happiness is not a destination but a journey—a journey that must be captured and shared through authentic moments from the daily lives of our citizens.”

“Happy Vietnam 2025” is more than just a competition; it offers a unique opportunity for individuals to reflect on and celebrate the beauty of life, fostering a sense of community and gratitude. It’s about capturing compelling photos, videos, articles, and creative concepts that showcase Vietnam’s peace-loving, innovative, and globally engaged nature.

Beyond capturing spiritual richness, the contest aims to showcase Vietnam’s dynamic transformation. This includes advancements in science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, sustainable economic development, and deep international integration.

We invite everyone to share their unique journeys of happiness and growth, reflecting the vibrant spirit and progress of Vietnam. Let’s document and celebrate the happiness that surrounds us!
