On November 12, exceptional creative ideas were recognized and awarded in a competition for designing a multifunctional cultural park along the sandbank and riparian areas of the iconic Red River. Hon Gai Architecture Co Ltd and the Green Lungs Hanoi Consortium were awarded second place for their respective proposals – the ‘Red River Art Cultural Park’ and the ‘Ecological Park’.
