In the morning of the last day of the Year of the Cat, the normally crowded streets of downtown Hanoi are quiet with few vehicles on the road.

Lang street is normally one of the most crowded streets in Hanoi with gridlock every rush hour each day, although today it is deserted.

Lang Ha street is usually filled with vehicles of all kinds. But today, just a few motorbikes can be spotted.
