The Ninh Binh native stands at 1.70 metres tall with body measurement of 82-60-87 cm. She is currently a student at the National Economics University in Hanoi.
Xuan was also successful in winning the Miss Fashion sub-title.
This comes following Xuan being announced as the runner-up of The Face Vietnam 2023 contest.
Hoang Thi Nhung, 28, from Hanoi wins the runner-up title of the Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2023 pageant. Nhung is 1.79 metres tall with body measurement of 85-60-99 cm. She also won the Miss Ao Dai sub-title.
The first-and-second-placed winners of Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2023, along with receiving cash prizes of VND300 million and VND150 million, respectively, will have the chance to represent the country at different international beauty pageants.
The final night draws the participation of 38 contestants from across the country who compete in swimsuit, evening gown, and Q&A segments. The winners of the sub-contests Miss Sea, Miss Talent, and Miss Friendliness are also awarded.
Miss Cosmo Vietnam aims to honour the modern beauty of Vietnamese women, whilst simultaneously promoting economic and tourism development, along with Vietnamese culture and its people to international friends.
